Prevent App Store from making me put in a credit card for a free app?

For me everytime I try to download anything from the App Store it says I need some sort of verification. After I put in my Apple ID password it then asks me for my credit card information and after I put it in all it says is that I already have that payment method. When I back out it has my credit card in red letters saying that I need verification somehow even though there is nothing wrong with my card at all. It’s not a funds problem either because it’s mostly free games. I have even deleted this payment method and added it back but somehow it still says this

I don’t have a credit card & in Egypt the debit card isn’t used to pay for any application & Apple keep asking for a card even for making an update

I want to use the Apple store freely

i pressed on “Payment & Shipment” but it just takes me to apple music

App store asking payment method when i try to download free applications after removed payment method on the settings

I put a payment Neto and it’s being declined I have never had this problem before I’ve always been able to download free apps with no problem until now

I’ve done all this and tried to remove it and it won’t let me. I can’t download apps. What should I do?

There is nothing to fix. If you want to download apps, you must have a payment method on file. This is a requirement.

I’ve removed my payment method and I am still asked for my card information. What do I do even when I have my card info and it still ask me for my card info?
