That looks like an inlet for a C5 power cable. The power cable (in the right colour) with the correct plug for the wall socket in your country may be available as a spare part from Apple (you may want to contact an authorised service provider).
A C5 cable (connector) as such is a standardised item.

What iMac? They have been in continuous production since 1998 in hundreds of variants.
Never mind. I figured it out.
Sure looks like it would use this one on Amazon, where one of the FAQs says it works on an M1 Mac.
