I am trying to connect my Mac Pro to my canon MX 972 to air print HELP
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.3
For AirPrint compatible printers there's nothing you need to do.
If the printer supports AirPrint, and both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then the printer should automatically appear in the print dialog of any App on the Mac in the Printer dropdown.

Did you connect the printer to the new router after it was set up?
New Mac Pro (as in the large cheese greater desktop computer)? Or do you mean a MacBook Pro (laptop)?
Mac Pro (tower):
Is the new Mac connected to the new router and has internet access?
Everything had worked just fine until I did two things 1) new router/modem and new Mac Pro. Now nothing works!
