When I write a reply in my e-mail app, i start typing and hit the space bar, the program automatically puts my reply email aside, to the background. I am using iPad OS 16.5, problem just started. How do I fix it?

If by chance you are using hardware keyboard, make sure that in your Accessibility settings you have Full Keyboard Access turned OFF

To clarify, is this using a physical keyboard or the software, on-screen one?
If you're using a physical keyboard, does the same thing happen when you disconnect it? Also, take a moment to restart your iPad. While simple, it can often fix a number of unexpected issues with your device.

It was strange, it only done it using software keyboard on screen. It all appears to be working properly now. Thanks!
