iTunes is an application and is free to download to a PC.

If by iTunes you mean Apple Music, then no, you don't get Apple Music for free with Amazon Prime. They are separate companies and entirely independent services.

The Amazon Prime subscription does however include Amazon Music. Their own music service, unrelated to Apple Music entirely.
