Incorrect Icon for tabs in safari

Hi all,

This has been asked before, but no actual solution was ever suggested. When accessing Facebook from Safari on my iPhone, the icon is for Fox News. It's a small issue, and doesn't affect performance, but I would love to fix it. Has anyone found a fix yet? Clearing cookies/signing out etc doesn't work.
