I bought a macbook air M1 for $1388 from a reseller shop call Abans from srilanka but I dont have apple care warranty as I was promised.How to get it since I have payed lot of money on this?

Does your receipt and/or order reflect the AC+ purchase? If not, then you didn't buy it.
Apple Logo > About this Mac > More info will tell you if it's been paid for. If you're convinced you paid for it, and it's not showing you did, you need to go back to the seller and complain.
