I can not get the box to boot up. It is a second brand new box. Having just replaced the first one. The Apple logo appears then a green screen then logo pops up in various sizes then goes to the recovery screen. Using an LG OLEDC3 tv and 4k compatible hdmi cable. Tried all the hdmi ports on the tv.
