How do I access the free iCloud storage that came with my plan. I have 600 GB but my pictures will not save in my cloud.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

There is no 600GB iCloud storage plan. It sounds like you may have a free storage plan from you cellular provider that is not an iCloud plan. Some providers offer their own cloud storage plans and you cannot use them for iCloud. They may also offer their own apps for backing up or otherwise communicating with their cloud. You may need to check with your cellular provider or with their support website for instructions.
