Can you provide a screenshot of this error? What's the app you are using to watch it with? Too much broadband may be being used in your area. Of course, be certain you are connected to the internet:  Connect to Wi-Fi On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Updated to ios17 Apple TV . Can no longer watch msnbc error live 1003

Mini iPad and regular iPad are logged in to my ISP and ALL apps EXCEPT MSNBC connect and operate fine. Mini was recently updated to IOS 15.8.2 and regular iPad was recently updated to 16.7.7. When opening and then selecting "WaTCH LIVE" the MSNBC app asks me to sign in, then takes me to a page to select my TV provider - I select mine ( Spectrum ), then the app takes me a page with the name of my ISP and windows to enter my user name and password - I do so and get "The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again. Reference code: ELI-1010." Repeated tries yield the same error screen - so since the updated install I have not been able to view MSNBC live on either unit. GRRRRRRR . . . . Anyone help??
