I used to mute my Iphone 13 promax using the assistive touch, suddenly I heat a sound of a message or notification and when I check the assistive touch I find it is unmuted. In the beginning I thought that I forgot to mute it, but then I became sure that I had the Iphone muted and it unmuted itself automatically. Does anybody have any idea how to fix that issue?
Do you have repeated calls enabled under DND?
Do you have Allow Calls enabled under DND?
Please look at your settings...
Repeated Calls: If someone calls you twice within three minutes, the second call isn't silenced.

Thanks for your reply.. but in that case I didn’t turn on any focus .. even sleep schedule is off .. I just put the phone into the silent mode from the assistive touch .. not using the silent side button.. then I woke up because of a carrier msg sound .. it has been repeated for a few times during the last period .. thanks once again
The same issue just happened to me. Im having a hard time understanding how Focus settings or the below reply would play a part in this. It seems like a fix is needed here.

The same this in happening in my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Just before sleeping I normally use the assistive touch to mute my phone for the night. And so often I am woken up by WhatsApp messages and when I check my phone is not muted. I don’t know how to fix this as it is not because of repeated calls as I did not have any missed calls. A couple of times I thought I might have forgotten to mute it or there might have been some software update. But it’s happening too frequently and last night I am 100% sure I muted it but the same thing happened again. Please let me know if there is any fix for this.
