My Paramount app won't open the Showtime shows in any device. I've contacted Paramount through Facebook and Twitter and nothing happened except apologies for not responding.

My Paramount+ app won't open Showtime shows on any device. I contacted Paramount+ through Facebook and Twitter and only got apologies for not responding. Anyone else having that problem and have a solution for me?

I cant play any trailer from apple TV apps on my Iphone Every movie that does have trailer to watch cannot open . It doesn’t do anything. I click multiple time on the trailer screen icone from any movie and it doesn’t do anything, doesn’t open or start anything. Im able to watch the movie and do everything else beside watching trailers from every movie on the apps

Apple+ not working Trying to continue watching a series but every time I go onto Apple+ app all it does is show trailers continuously. The app does not respond to any actions on the remote control and there's no access to the menu or any films or series.
