Apple Watch do not wake up
My Apple Watch does not recognize when I wake up earlier than the alarm.

Does this issue persist if you restart the device? Both your Apple Watch and the iPhone it's paired with. This can clear up minor software issues. If so, we'd recommend making sure you have the feature setup properly: Track your sleep with Apple Watch - Apple Support
If you do and this continues double check that you're running the latest iOS and watchOS versions possible:
