Apple Watch 11 display not waking or staying on

My Apple Watch 11 does not waken when I turn my wrist unless I engage the crown. Once done, time only stays visible for a second. I have watch on correct spot on wrist and it is not in low power mode.

Check the Watch app on your iPhone. For Display and Brightness, you can modify these settings:

Always On
Wake on Wrist Raise
Wake on Crown Up
Wake Duration
