Hello, my Series 3 Apple Watch no longer wakes when I lift my wrist, nor does it record activity or steps. Both of these problems started on the same day, with no warning. All else seems to be working normally. It is not set on theater mode. Thanks for any suggestions on how to fix this!

Did you already try to set your watch back to factory settings and setting it up again as a new watch, without using the latest backup? If it still does not record steps or activities, the issue is hardware related.
