Two iphones, want them to be separate

Have a 13 Pro. It's my personal phone. I needed a separate phone for work and got an SE (service from a different company). I set up the SE as I was instructed--"hold near your iPhone," not even thinking about a cloning situation.

I'd like the SE to be free of the 13 Pro. Is that a thing I can do?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Erase the SE and start over again with a new setup, this time not transferring data from the 13 Pro to the SE.
