My organization has recently given a user a different phone that is not managed on Apple business so I need to release a device and add the new one, but I am unsure how to add the new one back as the options are not the same as before.
Your options to add a device to ABM are the same as always. You can add using Apple Deployment (formerly the Device Enrollment Program or DEP), or you can add using Apple Configurator 2.
