The option on Web Clip "target app" does not exist anymore?

Missing automatic app offload button Hi, today i was looking for the automatic offload feature but the button is nowhere. It should be in the settings > app store. Did apple removed it or what? Thanks.

App Not Showing under Setting’s App List i downloaded an app and While I can see it in my App Library, it is not appearing in the app list under settings. I deleted the app and re-installed it. Once again, I can see it in my App Library, but it is no where to be found under the setting’s list. Any help would be appreciated.
