I'm a Mac user who now needs to get work done on PCs sometimes (no option of switching to Mac at work).
Been using Notes for ages, was initially relieved that I could still access Notes on iCloud web... but now I find that I can't copy and paste an image into Notes on the web version.
I'm finding it hard to believe that something as basic as this can't seem to be done. Am I missing something?
No, that is not available when accessing from iCloud.com
Shoot, still a problem in Aug 2024. I can copy/paste images from my iPhone to notes, but not from Windows OS (v11) to iCloud notes.
I add the picture to Google Keep and then share it to notes from my iPhone.
It's not hard, Apple just refuse to implement it to stop anyone not using Apple hardware (via the Apps) from getting a good experience. Short sighted strategy if you ask me.

Totally ridiculous. It's the most basic thing to do. Copy / Paste
