How to change the country on Apple Store?

Is it possible to change the Apple Store? My original store is india but I m now in UK hence I would like to change the store to buy some apps which are not available for India

advice and how can I do it

What to do before you change your country or region

Spend any balance remaining on your Apple ID. If you're not sure whether you have a balance, check your Apple Account balance.
Cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.

thanx dear 👍. Ohh Good God 😯. So much of trouble. Thi means my old app on my phone will not work ? I hv to loose them ? That’s an issue seems. Why apple has so much control I don’t understand. I have another Android phone which works well wherever I go and download many new apps without an issue.

Apple must think of this way.

Why Apple has Control:

For two reasons (A.)Apple is proprietary(meaning they make their own rules) and (B.) this all has to do with licensing between Motion Picture Studios, Music Studios, and Software Developers, and how all three of those coincide with a federal government. This is something you would have agreed to, upon open an Apple Account.
