Any MacBook Air running OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 is able to upgrade to a newer version of macOS. To determine what you can upgrade to, let us know what year your MacBook Air is. You can find out by choosing the Apple menu > About This Mac > More Info.

Issues: Previously we could review emails from multiple gmail accounts in the apple mail app. The email accounts work in Google mail but we are unable to review in Apple mail.
