iPhone 14 Bluetooth Issue

My brand new iPhone 14 won’t discover nearby Bluetooth devices.

Your brand new iPhone can ONLY discover nearby Bluetooth devices IF they are in pairing mode. Unless you put the device you want to pair in pairing mode, per the device manufacturers directions, your phone won't find, nor pair with it. It would be awful if anyone could connect to any Bluetooth device out there. One has to specifically grant permission to pair with it, which is why they have to be put in pairing mode.
