I have an X-R 11 and recently I can’t receive pictures on texts.

If you are seeing a link to the picture with a download button, it is possible there is not enough storage space left on your iPhone. Check at Settings > General > iPhone Storage to see how much space is left.

There is no such thing as an "XR 11".

The XR and 11 are two completely different models.
