I forget the phone number as I use for two factor authentication. I already lost that number and there is no way to get it back.
I remember all information expect my phone number as I barely use that phone number so I forget it which make me can’t log in and change it. Is there a way to recover or reset for that Apple ID.

Then you have forgot your Passcode.
