my iphone 11 does not have Face ID listed. But apple says that I can do Face ID...how?

thanks for responding. when i pull up settings I have my name at top, then AppleCare & Coverage Available, Airplane Mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, personal Hotspot, then notifications, sounds & haptics, focus, screen time, general, control center, etc. nowhere does it say Face ID & Passcode. If I go into my name then I have password & security nothing in there but the two factor authentication, payment & shipping, subscriptions, icloud, media & purchases, find my, family sharing....
Where else would it be?
It’s here for me (iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.5).
If you still can’t find it, might your iPhone be supervised by Screen Time or an employer or educational institution?
What does “Listed” mean?
Do you not see Settings > Face ID & Passcode?
i JUST SAW HE NOTE ABOUT SCREEN TIME .... I'D NEVER PLAYED WITH IT AND DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS ON!
I turned it off and now Face ID is there! Thank you so much!!!
