You can change the name of the iPhone at Settings > General > About > Name.

Why is my iPhone discoverable as my (name) instead of iPhone in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ? When I open my Bluetooth to connect, it says discoverable as (Lucy’s phone) instead of iPhone. I also see this in my hot spot with my password visible and I can connect to my fire table using my hot spot.
