B. Reset Location & Privacy Settings:

It will reset its prompts, requesting access from all devices, hopefully not going through a loop this time.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Transfer or Reset [your device]
4. Tap: Reset
5. Tap: Reset Location & Privacy

You Can Also Try This, Go To > Settings > General > About > Name >[Then: Retype name].
