Predictive Text:

I am not sure if Apple releases this statistic. Obviously the more you use a word the more it'll be suggested. The same goes for word you haven't used in a while, won't be suggested more.

iOS 17 does have some autocorrect and suggestion improvements so I hope this resolves any issues you may be experiencing.

I wouldn’t say it’ll disappear, because at one point in time you used the word frequently. I’d say it’ll just start to be suggested less over time as it thinks you don’t use it. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it never forgets and just suggests more/less based on the frequency.
