My recent experience with Apple products has left me disappointed. Despite being a careful user, my AirPods, which have been well-maintained, encountered the same issue. The left AirPod doesn't consistently charge and struggles to connect to my iPhone. Golan from Genius Bar confirmed the problem and suggested a replacement, costing $60. I'm puzzled why I need to pay for a replacement when it's not due to any misuse on my part. My AirPods are out of warranty unfortunately, but as a loyal Apple customer, I believe the company should stand behind its products, especially given the premium prices. Apple needs to enhance its quality control and reconsider its approach to replacement costs for genuine product issues. Unbelievable. I hate to call it a piece of garbage, But this was not the first time it happened. Come on Apple, you can do better than this. 😡
