Data crack problem on Mac

Hello, I am using a Macbook Pro and I had a similar problem twice in 3 months. The first time I took it to the service center and they told me that the problem was solved after a reset. Now, when the same problem happened again, I contacted Apple Support and made an appointment and took it to the service center. All tests were done but no problem was detected. I was told by Apple Support that the problem could be caused by a data crack on the Mac and that a new iCloud account could fix the problem.

I've never heard of this kind of data crack problem before and if anyone knows anything about it, can you help?

To explain in detail, I first contacted Apple service 3 months ago because my Mac suddenly gave a service warning with high fan noise and 96% battery capacity. They stated that they could not find a hardware problem, they reset and solved the problem. Last week, I encountered the problem I mentioned at the beginning again and I had to take it to service again. All tests were done with Apple Diagnostics, but again no problem was found. As a result, I was told that there might be a crack in your Mac data, for which I would need to create a new ICloud account.

Is it possible to have such a data crack in ICloud that could break the Mac and how can I detect it?
