I got my screen fixed and now my Face ID doesn’t work how do I fix that?

The screen was not fixed if Face ID is not working. The service shop should have checked this when you picked up the phone. Take the phone back to the shop so they can complete the service.

Hopefully, you did have the screen replaced at an Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop.

Take it back to the Apple Store or Apple Authorized service center where you had the screen fixed.
