How do opt out of the new Apple 16.5 update with LGBT content?

Let's clarify. You can skip an update, but you'll have to make that decision again when another update appears.
The newest update at that time will likely contain all the data in the previous update that you skipped.
So, if you never want to see LGBT content, you will not be able to update your phone at all.
If you have already updated to iOS 16.5, it's too late anyway. You can't go back.
