ciao,

2019 MacBook Pro 16" tenuto perfettamente e con nessun incidente, da circa 1 mese schermo nero; portato in assistenza apple dichiarano schermo da cambiare con un preventivo di circa 950euro. Ho chiamato apple per chiedere un qualche aiuto nei costi e la risposta e' stata negativa. Nel 2023 ho comprato un altro macbook pro 16 M2 ma sara' l'ultimo apple. Mi sarei aspettato da apple una maggiore attenzione al cliente ma mi sono sbagliato, sono molto deluso. Non comprero' mai piu un'apparecchiature apple.

I would not buy a new Mac today without factoring in the AppleCare+ which expands your 1 year warranty to 3 years total. AppleCare Products - Mac - Apple
