My iPad won’t offload apps

Not all Apps can be removed or offloaded from your iPad. Are you experiencing difficulties with offloading specific Apps, or all Apps?

If you are unable to add or remove/offload Apps, check your ScreenTime restrictions:

• Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Adding Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow
• Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow

Also consider that if your iPad is centrally managed by a School or Business, applied policy restrictions may prevent you from adding or removing Apps from your iPad. If this applies to you, you’ll need to seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages your iPad.
