Water damage
My camera on my iPhone 11 is shattered and it’s basically open now. Some water got inside it and about 20 minutes after my phone kept turning on and off. Is the water the reason why? Or is it just a glitch in the phone.

Water damage.
Unfortunately, the phone will almost certainly be a total loss, since AppleCare does not cover water damage.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to discuss your options.

I’m thinking of taking it to Best Buy and getting my camera replaced do you think that would help?
You can't do that.
They won't replace the camera in your iPhone. Best Buy is an authorized service provider. The only option for a liquid damaged device is complete replacement of the phone.

Best Buy, or any other authorized Apple Service shop will not replace the camera if water damage has been detected, which it most certainly will be.
Sorry, but you should expect to be told that the phone is a total loss.
More than likely this is because of the water. I would recommend contacting apple support on this one.
