I can no longer access my photo Albums when I am searching my Library for a photo to upload. I can search by Media Type or Keyword, but I am not able to search by Album. The first photo is from the Apple Support page when I this issue. The second photo is what MY photo upload screen looks like.

That's a feature that was dropped with Ventura. What I do is give the photo(s) a unique keyword and search for that keyword in the browser's upload window. It's very effective.
