Did i receive a fake iPhone ? What carrier is IPhone 53.0?? I’m chatting with an Apple agent who is not even telling me or helping me keeps sending repetitive automatic messages.

The iPhone 53.0 message means the phone is carrier locked. If for example that carrier is Verizon, only they can unlock it so the phone can be used with a different cellular company.
