Unresponsive touch on iPhone 14 Pro

I had an extremely frustrating experience with my near brand new iPhone 14 Pro. I was on a holiday in Italy, and my train tickets were on my phone. When I went to unlock my phone, the touch was completely unresponsive, and only the side buttons were working. I couldn't unlock my phone to access the tickets and train details, so I missed my train and had to book a new train that cost me additional time and money. It also affected plans at my destination which had to be rescheduled. My wife was finally able to figure out how to restart my phone only using the side buttons, after which the phone started working. However, this was a very disappointing experience that I did not expect from a new product from Apple. I have received a defective product, and I would like to request a replacement.
