Does full screen privacy screen protector affect face id?

Hello please I'm having issues with iPhone 11 pro face id as it sometimes does not recognize my face and this happened only after applying privacy screen protector but after removing it the face id recognise my face without any issue, I bought the iPhone today.

Has anyone faced same issue or it’s just me?

Face ID issue in iPhone 15 pro max Hello everyone, did anyone having issue using the Face ID in iPhone 15 pro max? I bought mine a week ago, and since day one I had the issue opening the iPhone using the Face ID sometimes it work perfectly fine, and sometimes it doesn't recognize my face at all ( in dark - after I wear my makeup - after removing my makeup - when I lying down ) I was using iPhone 12 Pro Max before this iPhone, and I didn't face this issue at all I removed the screen protector, nothing changes I tried to reset all the setting, no luck I tried re setup the Face ID many time, same I talked to apple support, and apple premium partner in my country, they didn't face this problem with anyone else also they checked my iPhone, it seems there is no software issue, when I went to them they make me to reset the Face ID, it works of course, but when I get home the issue come back again, I don't know how I prove that I'm not lying lol I'm thinking of erase the device or reinstall the iOS, What do you suggust? Thank you,

Face ID is not recognizing my face on new iPhone 16 pro I set up Face ID in store, but I wear glasses and makeup and with different lighting, and with my face just getting puffy sometimes, it’s just decided it doesn’t recognize me. Then I get the security delay and I can’t finish setting up any more of my details, like payment, etc. I have already tried to add alternate appearances and it just locks me out with the security delay.

It depends. A high quality privacy screen protector will most likely work with Face ID, and so will one with a cutout for the notch or dynamic island, but cheap ones may not
