Face ID issue in iPhone 15 pro max

Hello everyone,

did anyone having issue using the Face ID in iPhone 15 pro max?

I bought mine a week ago, and since day one I had the issue opening the iPhone using the Face ID

sometimes it work perfectly fine, and sometimes it doesn't recognize my face at all

( in dark - after I wear my makeup - after removing my makeup - when I lying down )

I was using iPhone 12 Pro Max before this iPhone, and I didn't face this issue at all

I removed the screen protector, nothing changes

I tried to reset all the setting, no luck

I tried re setup the Face ID many time, same

I talked to apple support, and apple premium partner in my country, they didn't face this problem with anyone else

also they checked my iPhone, it seems there is no software issue, when I went to them they make me to reset the Face ID, it works of course, but when I get home the issue come back again, I don't know how I prove that I'm not lying lol

I'm thinking of erase the device or reinstall the iOS, What do you suggust?
