So I updated my IPhone13 pro with the latest one and since the update - Face ID would not work. I did the reset setting, hard restart, even reset Face ID but it won’t let me since it’s asking for Face ID haha! Even spoke to two Apple support but they did not resolved the issue. I was frustrated since it’s been like this since Friday.

It seems like your facer id is disabled then and that is most likely a hardware issue I am afraid
