Hide status icons while watching netflix on ipad

Hi, my status icons will not disappear anymore when I am watching netflix on my ipad. It is very annoying so I hope someone can help me!

iOS Settings: Recent App in settings search bar leads to list of Apps When I go to the settings app (iPhone), tap on the search bar, then tap on an app I recently searched for (e.g. Safari), I land on the list of Apps most of the time—not on the settings page for that specific app. This happens mainly when the settings app has been in the background for a while (or been closed for a while). Loss of Expanding to Full Screen (CBC Sports) Watching Videos Since IOS 16.1.1 Upgrade Has anyone had problems expanding to full screen while watching videos since the IOS 16.1.1 upgrade? I cannot watch full screen anymore on some of my apps (CBC Sports) is one of them

Contact Netflix.

It's an issue with their app, they need to fix it.
