I received the above massage in the early morning but that time am Deep sleep don't know it it was performed lucky I don't have enough balance in my account. Is hacked my wallet or what? Let me know what is the problem

Troubleshooting Messages:
What type of message is this? Is it a Text message? An eMail Message? or a Message on Apple.com?
Insufficient funds would play no role in declining a card. It would only be declined, when trying to add it: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
That is a Scam Text Message:
