Is after pay connected to apple pay

I’m trying to register with after pay and can’t, is it part of Apple Pay?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

I don't think so.

After Pay is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Afterpay Help or Contact Afterpay
