I want to buy airpods pro 2 from some person and i wonder if they are fake, he sent me box pictures and invoice with serial number that match this found on box, and It also matches the time when he bought it

I don't really understand why you're even asking the question. It's clear to anyone who isn't blind those aren't the same product. One is American, the other is British. I would strongly suggest that you don't buy a pair of AirPods from "some person", but from an Apple Store. If they turn out to be fake (and clearly they are) then you have no recourse to a refund.
