I cant add my Debit cards to my apple pay

Please make sure you're in a country or region that supports Apple Pay - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support.
If you are, please make sure the card and card issuer support Apple Pay. If they do, please give them a call a tell them you're struggling to add your card to Apple Wallet.
