Recently the public transit organization that I work for implemented a network redesign. Our transit data has not been updated yet on Apple Maps. I know that the majority of transits GTFS feeds are handled by Google but I was wondering if there was a way to upload our transit feed to Apple Maps directly.
Apple hasn’t documented that upload path.
Which means using the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage, and chat or call Apple Support as available, and explain your request and who you are, and request the Maps team.

This attribution page lists where Apple gets its maps information. Look for transit information for your region. That you tell you where to start.

You’ll need to discuss this matter with Apple Support, as they'll be the contact for this. At least initially.
Any updates here? The bus system in the small community where I live is not listed. I'm starting a job as a Transit Coordinator.
