I was using my gift card then thereafter the error code would come up that says " The Itunes Store is unable to process Gift Certificates at this time" I have a huge balance showing. Just started using it help?

Check if there's a system issue --> Apple - Support - System Status
Try restarting your device. That sometimes clears up odd issues and it doesn't hurt to try.
