The problem of updating apps with IPhone restrictions.

So Apple, This is the problem that’s going on currently with my app. I can’t update the app called Roblox, since its not updated it does not allow me to play it. This is because I have restrictions, so I do not have the App Store. I cannot go to the App Store to update apps, bonus the point that my brother forgot the password that he set up, so I basically won’t be able to play it at all. Could you please update this issue? I will be locked out of that game forever, so if it is possible, please allow us with restrictions to be able to update apps even if we have restrictions. For all I know, I’m not sure if it’s possible to do this because I do not work in coding or technology, but please try the suggestion.

Having restrictions for the App Store would be useless if Apple did as you request. App Store restrictions would mean nothing. Apple won't do it.

The issue here is that your brother needs to figure out the passcode he set to at least release the App Store restriction temporarily so you can do updates to apps, not that Apple needs to circumvent this security protocol.

If he can't recover the passcode, the only option is to erase the phone and set it up as new. If he erases the phone and then restores it from a backup, the unknown passcode would also be restored, so it has to be set up as new.
