Intune Company Portal App failing to confirm device settings
We are facing an issue within our business, where MacBook users with Ventura OS are not able to enrol their devices into Intune via Company Portal App.
It gets stuck at the final step "Checking Device Settings" and never completes this step, you can see the device showing in Intune Admin Centre where the device OS version reads as "0" instead of 13.3.x the actual OS version on the device, therefore the device gets marked as non compliant because it doesn't meet minimum OS version requirement set up in the macOS compliance policy in Intune.
No hardware data in Intune for the device either.
Have logged a ticket with MS support nearly 8 weeks now and they haven't been able to identity the root cause of this issue.
